Our demonstration platform focuses on our partners, i.e. on the subsequent processes.

The documents follow a workflow within the virtual company "Xample AG" that starts with the Solution Package Personalized Mail. This Solution Package sorts the documents of the demo batch “Mailroom_Demo” by different Solution Packages in order to be classified and extracted.

The following Solution Packages are demonstrated:

• A mailroom solution based on Solution Package Personalized Mail (SP PM)
• A personnel record solution based on Solution Package Human Resources (SP HR)
• A supplier record solution based on Solution Package Supplier Record (SP SR)
• An invoice processing solution based on Solution Package Accounts Payable (SP AP)
• A forms solution for Customer Care Center based on Solution Component Forms

The central message is that IRISXtract™ for Documents delivers classified data to subsequent business processes and the partners can concentrate on their own part – the integration of different back office systems like ERP, CRM, Workflow and archive.

Continuous full text availability in VERIFY (Drag & Drop) and EXPORT (export searchable as PDF or text file) is integrated, too.
